Barb Pyle is the executive assistant and marketing director of Shipman and Associates. She graduated from Kent State University in Kent, OH with a degree in Office Administration.

She worked in corporate America for several years and then as a pre-school teacher with several churches. She eventually transitioned to a financial professional with the New York Life Insurance Company and enjoyed working with her wonderful clients.

Barb’s experience as a Registered Service Assistant is a great asset to our firm. She is very familiar with the needs of our clients in helping them with their service needs. She will be working closely with Mike & Tammy Shipman and their clients and assisting Tammy with day to day operations. Barb will also help in our marketing efforts in the Boerne community.

Barb has two teenagers; Nadine (17) and Hayden (14) and her husband, John. She enjoys
spending time with her kids, camping, boating, sitting by the river, the beach, and watching
movies.
