Rachel Malone is the Office Manager for Jim Davis and Greg Rickert.  Starting her insurance career in her hometown of Choteau, Montana while in High School, Rachel now has over 20 years in the insurance and office administration field.  Rachel attended Northern Montana University and upon relocation to San Antonio in 2001, worked for the large Property and Casualty firm HUB International.

In 2006 she joined the Hill Country Group and has been responsible for all the paperwork and insurance proposals that come through our office.  As a key member of the Shipman and Associates team, she is frequently the first point of contact for our clients—handling all their needs effectively and efficiently!

Rachel and her husband Dave reside in San Antonio, where their daughter Ashleigh is a senior at Taft High School. 

When you call us during business hours, you get an actual person on the line. Rachel has been many of our clients' first connection point for the last four years. She has almost 20 years of experience in the insurance field. Paperwork is Rachel's specialty and she helps service investments for clients. Rachel is married, has a daughter, and enjoys spending time with family.
